The choice if you want to spend time helping them figure it out or if you want to help Andwen yourself is made earlier than that scene.
It just has no set choices that would force you out of the other route which does make sense considering she is extra character and not an LI or side girl.
Basically the choice is always Halrod or You.
And it would still make sense for her to go back to him since they are all part of the same friend group.
Depending on the chosen path, but not a lot anyway. Still it has a bit here and there, mostly with female but also some with male.

1st could be true.
2nd mostly but with less make-up she would pass 10 years younger.
