Alex Jones continues to lose the war over his info. The InfoWars founder has lost his third lawsuit in two days by default for failing to comply with repeated requests for documents in the discovery process. Neil Heslin, who lost his 6-year-old son Jesse in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, had sued Jones for defamation. The defeat means the right-wing media personality will be liable for yet more damages that a jury will decide at a later hearing. Bill Ogden, a lawyer representing the families of Sandy Hook victims, said Jones is “facing justice for the lies he spread.” Jones had referred to the shooting as a “false flag” operation carried out by “crisis actors,” and parents have endured years of harassment. Six other families are suing Jones.

Trump Donor Told Police Corey Lewandowski Claimed to Have Stabbed Two People to Death

A Trump donor who accused Corey Lewandowski of sexual misconduct during a Las Vegas charity dinner reportedly also told police that she feared for her safety after Lewandowski told her he had stabbed two men to death.

According to the statement Trashelle Odom gave the police (a copy of which was obtained and published in its entirety by the Daily Mail), Lewandowski made inappropriate comments about his genitals and asked what her room number was.

Odom said that the pair began discussing California, as Lewandowski was traveling there and she was from a “bad area” near where he was traveling.

“That is when Lewandowski told me that he ‘was from a bad part of Boston and have killed people,'” the statement reads. “I initially believed that he was joking and attempted to laugh it off. That is when Lewandowski went into detail and stated something to the effect of, ‘when I was 10, I stabbed someone over and over again, killing him.’ He continued and shared that when he was older he, ‘stabbed a man in the back of the head, also killing him.'”

Odom said that those statements, coupled with his aggressive behavior earlier, made her “intimidated and frightened and fearful” for her safety and that of her family, the statement said.

She said she was uncomfortable as Lewandowski tried to make physical advances throughout the evening.

“It was apparent that my reactions to Lewandowski’s stories, threats, and aggressive sexual advances were not normal for Lewandowski as Lewandowski ultimately threw his drink at me, hitting my dress, shoe and foot,” Odom’s report states. “When I confronted Lewandowski and asked if he threw his drink at me, I believe he called me stupid.”

“I followed up and asked, ‘Did you call me stupid?'” she said. “He responded with, ‘Why, you don’t like that?'”

Lewandowski was fired from the pro-Trump Make America Great Again Action PAC in the wake of Odom’s sexual harassment claims. South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) also severed ties with him.

In regards to the allegations of sexual misconduct, Lewandowski’s attorney, David Chesnoff, said in a statement to NBC News that the “accusations and rumors appear to be morphing by the minute and we will not dignify them with a further response.”

On the afternoon of September the 26th, 2021, I was riding in a Las Vegas bus with my sister and several other individuals, including Matt Schlapp. During that time, I was personally invited to attend a dinner with Gov. Kristi Noem by Jackie Siegal.

I was told that due to limited seating, I was the only one who could attend. Therefore, my family made other plans, and I changed clothes and arrived at the event at approximately 5:30pm to the Benihana private banquet room. At the event, there were seating arrangements, I was seated between Bubba Saulsbury and Corey Lewandowski.

Almost immediately, there were amicable jokes between Bubba Saulsbury and GOP operative Chris DeWitt (present and across the table) where they referred to one another as ‘Cheese Dick.’ Lewandowski entered the conversation with the comment that his ‘dick is four inches bigger than a normal dick.’ From there, Lewandowski proceeded to come on to me aggressively by first stating that, he works out twice a day, that he runs 400 miles a week, and that’s why he can last for 8 hours at a time in bed.

He went so far as requesting the suite number I was staying in and indicated he was staying in the ‘Elvis Suite’ which I now know as untrue. Eventually, he showed me his room key, room 2991, which was next door to my suite, 2989, where I was staying with my sister and children.

Trying to change the subject, I asked Lewandowski about his wife and kids, as I am very proud of the fact that I am happily married, with children. Mr. Lewandowski replied that, ‘he does not do anything with his wife- he gets his sex elsewhere.’ Around that time, he commented that Gov. Noem is hot. I have a cell phone case and on the back of it, it displays ‘Mrs. Odom.’

Lewandowski saw that and became visibly angry with me and demanded to know why I would have that. It was as if he thought he had a sense of ownership over me, from the start. He stated several times that, ‘he is very powerful and can destroy anyone.’ He said he was close with President Trump and can get anyone elected or can take anyone out.

The conversation turned to California as Lewandowski told me he was traveling there. I mentioned that I was from a bad area of California near where he was traveling. That is when Lewandowski told me that he ‘was from a bad part of Boston and have killed people.’ I initially believed that he was joking and attempted to laugh it off.

That is when Lewandowski went into detail and stated something to the effect of, ‘when I was 10, I stabbed someone over and over again, killing him.’ He continued and shared that when he was older he, ‘stabbed a man in the back of the head, also killing him.’

Those statements, coupled with his demeanor and aggressive behaviors, I was intimidated and frightened and fearful for my safety and that of my family members.

I immediately tried to think of how I could delicately extract myself from Lewandowski while simultaneously trying to respect the event and staying near others for safety.

His behavior was so aggressive that others began to notice and another guest even came over to ask if I was okay. I even texted my sister (and others) in a group message, ‘wtf.’ Lewandowski was watching me type, and so I did not feel safe to expound more.

Throughout the dinner, Lewandowski willfully and maliciously engaged in a course of behavior that made me scared and fearful. He began to physically touch me. Lewandowski tried to hold my hand. I rebuffed him. Lewandowski used his pinky to play with my hand. I rebuffed him. Lewandowski grabbed the napkin off of my lap and touched my bare leg. I rebuffed him and pulled my dress over my bare skin to prevent him from touching me again.

Lewandowski told me that he was ‘sore from a workout’ and proceeded to demonstrate where he was sore from a workout, on the side of his butt, and he (without my permission or desire) touched me there. Ultimately, I believe I rebuffed him approximately 10 times.

When dinner arrived, I was still very uncomfortable, and Lewandowski’s behavior continued. He began ordering me drinks, that I wasn’t drinking, so he ultimately drank them. He also ate directly from my plate and used my utensils. He would occasionally try to play with my upper back with his fingertips. I did not eat. I eventually was able to leave my seat and sought out Chris DeWitt and asked him to help me get away from Lewandowski. I retreated to a small sitting area and called my sister.

When I hung up I told her that I love her. Lewandowski was right there following me and gave me a glaring look and demanded to know who I was speaking with. I complied, told him my sister, out of fear. As I walked to the elevator, to go to the Verona Suite, where the hosts were having a reception after the dinner on the 30th floor.

There was an auction, speakers, and socializing. Rick Kofoed was present as was Lewandowski. We elected to take the stairs instead. While descending the stairs, Lewandowski repeatedly commented, ‘Nice ass’ to me. Rick apologized to me stating, ‘Corey does this a lot.’ It was apparent that my reactions to Lewandowski’s stories, threats, and aggressive sexual advances were not normal for Lewandowski as Lewandowski ultimately threw his drink at me, hitting my dress, shoe, and foot.

When I confronted Lewandowski and asked if he threw his drink at me, I believe he called me stupid. I followed up and asked, ‘Did you call me stupid?’ He responded with, ‘Why, you don’t like that?’ I spotted my sister and went with her up the elevator to the reception on the 30th floor.

Please note that these were my first events as a member of the advisory board of this charity, so it was important to me to attend and be supportive. I never expected to have this experience.

While in the Villa, I saw Gov. Noem and intended on introducing her to my sister and stepson, who both had joined me on the trip. Gov. Noem told me that she had texted Corey to stop touching me. This was confusing for my sister and stepson.

At some point, after I briefly spoke with Gov. Noem, Lewandowski appeared and immediately came over to my stepson, sister, and me. He stated he wanted a ‘private tour’ and beckoned me to leave the group and take him on a tour. I immediately declined and walked off with my sister and stepson.

I went to the bar on the other side of the suite with my sister and stepson to try and escape Lewandowski and his stalking. I approached Mr. Dewitt and asked him why he didn’t help me. He stated that he told Stacey Kofoed, the wife of Rick Kofoed, so that she could potentially help me. I went to the bar, Lewandowski followed.

Stacey Kofoed and Chris DeWitt brought me to the other side of the bar to get me away from Lewandowski. Stacey said that, “Corey is always like this.” Lewandowski continued to move around and wrapped his arm around Mrs. Kofoed to try and touch me. He touched my back to which I immediately adjusted my posture and he shot me a nasty look.

Eventually, Lewandowski left. Gov. Noem left. I stayed to attend the other portions of the event then wanted to head to my room as I wanted to take my family for ice cream on the strip to try and calm down.

As I walked to the elevator, Rick Kofoed was coming off the elevator. He said he was so sorry. Stacey was talking to Corey. I took the elevator to my room, which I knew was next to Lewandowski. He was in the hall. He looked angry and terrifying. It was very clear he was not sorry for his actions but mad.

He appeared sober in his speech and actions. I went into my room crying and trembling as I did not know if I had just ruined everything that my family had worked so hard to grow. My family told me that he was pacing outside my room in the hall while on the phone. However, I gathered myself and took my family members out for ice cream.

After, I was convinced to join friends at the Conrad Hotel, I did, but left quickly after having a glass of water. I made sure my family was with me as I went back to the hotel as I was fearful knowing that Lewandowski was staying next to me.

I received a call from Mina Lu stating that Lewandowski grabbed her rear end and that she yelled at Lewandowski the morning. She added that he was leaving the hotel in 30 minutes. I intentionally waited approximately an hour with the hope I could avoid him. I then left the hotel in the morning.

‘He grabs me and freakin’ kisses me’: WyCo GOP vice chair accuses JoCo GOP chair

Stephanie Cashion, Wyandotte County GOP vice chair, has filed a battery report with Bonner Springs police against Johnson County GOP chair Fabian Shepard. She says Shepard ambushed her outside a pro-life event there on Aug. 20.

The two had stepped outside for a conversation. According to Cashion, “He turns the corner and he grabs me and he freakin’ kisses me.” As she froze in shock, she says, he did it again, and tried to do so a third time before she was able to push away from him.

“Well, that was weird,” Cashion recalls Shepard saying after the first kiss. “That wasn’t a good kiss. You wouldn’t even look me in my eyes. Am I a bad kisser or something?”

Shepard vehemently denies the allegation.

Retired Kansas City, Kansas police officer and GOP activist Duane Beth, the first to greet Cashion when she came back inside the event that night, said he could tell something was wrong.

“She looked scared and quiet and upset when I saw her, when she walked in the door,” Beth said. When Shepard joined them, Beth says, Cashion “walked over to the other side of me and put me between her and him and turned her back to us, which I thought was kind of strange.”

Later that evening, Beth says Cashion burst into tears and told him what had happened, saying, “I can’t believe he stuck his f---ing tongue down my throat.”

Beth wrote his own report of what she’d told him and, after convincing her to report him to authorities, went with her to the Bonner Springs police. Beth says he believes her “100%.”

Does the state party? Kansas GOP Chairman Mike Kuckelman says he’s surprised Cashion talked to us after telling him she wanted confidentiality and no drama. Kuckelman says it’s ultimately a “he said/she said” situation between two adults whom he has no authority over who were at a non-GOP event. He said people need to let law enforcement sort it out: “And that’s what everybody should be doing right now. You don’t go to media, you don’t do news articles about it,” he said.

The offensive term “he said/she said” generally means, “I don’t care to know,” and that seems to be the case here.

Even serious sex crimes are rarely prosecuted
Beth, who also spoke to Kuckelman, says the state party chair didn’t seem to take Cashion’s claim seriously enough to take action. Beth says Kuckelman told him that Shepard had vehemently denied the incident, and claimed that it was Cashion who had kissed him at a previous Chamber of Commerce event in Kansas City, Kansas.

Shepard told us Cashion had kissed him on the cheek.

Shepard’s supporters say they believe Cashion’s accusation is political retaliation against him for rejecting her idea for a joint GOP fundraiser — after her 3rd District GOP organization became overcommitted in its spending.

“To suggest that a woman would make a serious claim about sexual harassment to cover up a petty and false allegation of overspending is an insult to all women who have been sexually harassed or assaulted,” Cashion said.

She thinks Shepard should resign, and Beth agrees.

Cashion says the situation has left her with “victim guilt.” She told another party official — who found her crying alone outside another recent event — that “my initial reaction is just to resign from everything and just go away. I’m not going to do that. I’m going to keep my commitments. I’m going to hold my head up and keep moving forward.”

The Kansas Republican Party needs to take this allegation seriously. And despite his protestations, Kuckelman could do more about it. He could interview the parties and witnesses in much more depth and try harder to get at the truth.

The idea that it should be left to law enforcement to vet Cashion’s claims that Shepard forcibly kissed her is made ridiculous by the fact that even the most serious sex crimes are rarely prosecuted unless and until they involve a homicide. Fewer than 1% of rapes lead to a felony conviction.

“I’ve worked my butt off for this state and this party. I have bled for the state of Kansas’ politics. And I feel alienated and I feel scrutinized,” Cashion says. “I know what happens when women come forward. And it’s happening right now. This is exactly why women don’t want to come forward with things like this.”

GOP lawmaker's God-invoking video sounds like it was 'stripped from a jihadist playbook': MSNBC analyst

Experts spoke to MSNBC's Joy Reid Monday to convey the seriousness of recent propaganda pushed out by Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) and Steve Bannon.

Cawthorn released a video that critics likened to a call for Christian "holy war," where he stated that "we are going to stand valiantly, for God's, God's incredible inherent truths that predate any version of government."

Meanwhile, Bannon is calling on a "shock troop brigade," a term harkening back to Nazi Germany's Stoßtrupp, which would fight behind enemy lines.

Cawthorn "picks up on the themes that are not just coming from the Steve Bannon level and Donald Trump level but the Republican street and that Republican street is armed, they're angry," warned terrorism expert Malcolm Nance. "They have been fed an entire line which makes them believe that America and that they no longer want the America that the rest of us... live in and they're willing to take up arms for it."

Nance explained that if the words "Washington" and "Christian" were removed from the speech, that it would sound like the same videos he heard analyzing al Qaeda and ISIS communications from calls for jihad.

Strategist Fernand Amandi explained that it doesn't matter if people are doing it for the money or out of conviction, or some are useful idiots and some were recruited and radicalized. After Jan. 6, it's clear there is a group ready for the next civil war in the United States.

"The dictionary definition of the word terrorist is someone or groups of people that use the threat of violence or intimidation to try and establish political goals," said Amandi. "And I look at that Madison Cawthorn clip and videos that look like they could be stripped from a jihad playbook. If it sounds like a domestic terrorist and it acts like a domestic terrorist and it's putting out videos that, to Malcolm's point, look like they could be stripped from a jihadist playbook, swapping in a word or two, it's domestic terrorism!"

Reid noted that a lot of people are dismissive of claims of "fascism," thinking that it's hyperbole and that it could never happen in the U.S. However, she cited Robert Jones, who wrote that white Christian nationalists are taking on a kind of "persecution complex" where it's like they're almost being encouraged to prepare for war.

Nance also explained that Trump isn't the bringer of the extremism, he's nothing more than "the windbag blowing that weather vane." What he does find concerning are people like Bannon who is actually working to organize these people.

"When he made his statement about being the shock troops, look, he is not taking the Hitler brown shirt playbook," Nance continued. "He is absolutely fascinated with Benito Mussolini and using the black shirts of the fascist party. They know they are supporting white nationalists goals. They know that by using these terms in a way that there is some proof they can actually get away with calling liberals Nazis."

He went on to say that if the U.S. saw this happening in any other country in the world we'd be seriously concerned and "we'd be putting out critical reports and preparing to do airstrikes."

Amandi said that the reason Bannon is going to other countries is to prove that his war isn't merely an American one. He closed by saying simply that Americans should watch out or risk becoming like Hungary or Brazil.

"Take this threat seriously," he begged. "We are under tremendous danger. And it's going to get worse."

'Gullible' QAnon conspiracists scammed by bogus celebrities hawking 'Trumpcoin'

Right-wing conspiracy theorists are being bombarded with bogus celebrity accounts selling "Trumpcoins."

The coins, which show a face resembling Donald Trump and the slogan "Keep America Great," are selling for $30 on the Telegram social media platform popular with QAnon cultists, and fake accounts purporting to be Elon Musk, Mel Gibson, Kirstie Alley and Denzel Washington are hawking them, reported The Daily Beast podcast Fever Dreams.

"THE LAST DAY IS HERE. The countdown has started. It's all part of the show, a show that will leave everyone speechless," the phony Denzel Washington account promises. "Today is the last day and after this a lot of things will change...check the availability and order here at official Trumpcoins dot com."

The bogus celebrities claim the coins will jump in value up to $400 -- or even $10,000 -- once Trump is restored to the White House, although the formerly Trump-supporting Alley has clarified that she's not promoting the currency and some right-wing accounts are warning the coins are a scam.

"I think the lesson of Trumpcoin is that when you have a situation like QAnon, these people have already self-identified as extremely gullible," said The Daily Beast's Will Sommer, "and so a lot of people are then going to come in and sort of try to feed at the trough there."

Judge quickly shoots down Trump-endorsed candidate's attempt to silence Stephanie Grisham

A Trump-endorsed candidate for Congress in Ohio is facing allegations that he was physically abusive to former White House press secretary during Stephanie Grisham during his time serving in the Trump administration.

Now, Max Miller's request to ban Grisham from talking about their relationship during her tour to promote her book, "I'll Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw at the Trump White House," has been denied by a judge, Bloomberg reports.

Grisham says Trump showed an "ongoing interest" in the details of their relationship until she told him that Miller had "anger issues and a violent streak."

"The president and first lady seemed totally unfazed about whether there was an abuser — another abuser — in their workplace," Grisham said in an op-ed in the Washington Post Tuesday. "It didn't even seem to register on the president's radar screen as a concern."

After the article was published, Miller filed suit in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday claiming that Grisham's article was "replete with libelous and defamatory false statements." As Bloomberg points out, Judge Emily Hagan denied Miller's request for a restraining order on Wednesday but set a hearing for next week.

State Superintendent Joy Hofmeister sent shockwaves through the political universe in Oklahoma on Wednesday when she announced she is switching parties and registering as a Democrat to run for governor.

"The 57-year-old lifelong Republican told the Tulsa World in an exclusive interview that she is changing her party registration on Thursday in order to launch a bid to unseat Republican incumbent Kevin Stitt," the newspaper reported.

In the interview, Hofmeister had tough words for the GOP incumbent.

"Governor Stitt is running the state into the ground," she said. "Through extremism, partisanship, ineffective leadership, he is hurting our education system, our health care, our infrastructure."

""And unfortunately, Gov. Stitt has hijacked the Republican Party in Oklahoma," she added.

Hofmeister was elected statewide in Oklahoma in the 2014 and 2018 elections.

"We have a global pandemic, and it mattered who was governor in 2020," she explained. "We've had 10,000 Oklahomans lost. When you understand now how critical it was to have had a leader who contemplated expert advice and opinion and set an example to help protect Oklahomans, we could have avoided thousands of people dying."

She noted the impact on workers from the GOP's efforts to politicize the pandemic.

"Our health care workers are disrespected and stretched to the limit. Just as we've seen the lack of respect for educators, our health care providers have been standing alone battling a pandemic without the kind of leadership needed from the Governor's Office," she said.

QAnon followers allege photo of Biden's 'virtual set' proves Trump is still in charge

"QAnon John" whipped other followers of the conspiracy theory into a frenzy this week, when he shared a photo of the virtual White House set used by President Joe Biden on the social media app Telegram.

In case you needed any more proof you are definitely watching a movie with a fake 'president,'" John Sabol, who has 69,630 followers on Telegram, wrote Wednesday alongside a photo of the stage in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, which is frequently used for photo ops.

"Look no further. I challenge you to find me one picture like this while Trump was at the White House...I'll wait," Sabol wrote.

Newsweek notes that Trump made use of the same stage while in office, including on July 24, 2020, when he signed a series of executive orders aimed at lowering prescription drug prices.

All you have to do is go to Google, hit images, and type in South Court Auditorium White House, hit enter and you'll see pics of Trump, Obama and Biden. There are different backgrounds for different events but it's the same room.

Stephen Miller, who served as one of Trump's top advisers, also shared a photo of Biden's virtual set on Wednesday, calling it "bizarre."

"The reason Biden uses this bizarre virtual set for televised meetings—and not an actual room like East Room, Cabinet, Oval, Roosevelt, Sit Room, etc.—is because it allows him to read a script directly from a face-on monitor (& w/out teleprompter glass that can be seen on camera)," Miller wrote.

White House reporter Andrew Feinberg responded to Miller's tweet with a photo of Trump reading from a teleprompter.
