Investigate the bio-engineering department.

I didn't like what I saw about the bio-engineering department, so I decided to make discovering the truth of that area my main priority. Checking the information I had at hand, I saw that the labs occupied the 41st through 43rd floor of the towers, and had recently had the required security clearance level raised. Changing my security status only took a few minutes of hacking, and I was off in the elevator, speeding towards the entrance on the 42nd floor.

Stepping off of the elevator, I was greeted with a small room and a thick security door. A quick swipe of my ID card gave me access to labs.

I was shocked at what I saw behind that door. The foyer of the department was a large open area that occupied all three floors. Evenly spaced around the room were vats containing lab specimens. Some looked like regular people, while others looked like hybrid creatures, be it human and an animal, or two animals together.

The most puzzling of the specimens were those that did not look like they were of our planet. The strange oozes and masses of tenticles sent a shiver down my spine, wondering what sort of purpose their research would have for the world. I saw several exits from the room, and wondered where I should head.
